We offer the rental of your property (room, apartment, house, B&B, hotel, etc.) in Switzerland or abroad on our site (reference example) and the main international rental platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Google Hotels) in our name by taking care of all the administration:

• promotion of property to rent for optimal profitability
• management of availability on platforms
• relationships and preliminary responses to customers (fr/de/en)
• registration form for check-in on our site (reference example)
• cancellation conditions
• cash out
• reputation and complaints

We then send you the rentals concluded in an Excel dashboard and will pay you before the end of the stay the exact amount you have set per night. We are therefore your sole provider and guarantor of the monitoring of reservations.

Conditions

The price collected from the customer will obviously be higher than your decided price, this including, among other things, the transaction costs and commission of the platform (approx. 25%). Your only costs are the flat rate for the initial publication of the advertisements on the platforms when ordering and the possible payment of the tourist tax.

Your only obligations are to pleasantly welcome the customer for the kindly agreed duration and to ensure complete cleaning of the accommodation. For any possible damage caused, it is your responsibility to be sufficiently covered by your own insurance.

You can change the rental conditions and descriptions at any time. The property remains rented without further information from you, this means that a reservation request must be able to be made.

In case of unavailability, we offer our personal customer support services in French-speaking Switzerland:

• transport and shuttles
• reception and handover of accommodation
• telephone contact during rental
• on-site intervention during the rental
• final inventory
• concierge service
